Job summary
The Cloud Engineer role focuses on empowering DevSecOps teams to effectively utilize the Public Cloud. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining central Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Open Tofu, establishing company-wide standards for the Public Cloud, and managing CI/CD pipelines for IaC deployments with tools in Go, Rust, and Kotlin.
Qualifications
- In-depth experience in the Cloud environment
- Technical expertise in developing reusable IaC modules
- Experience in developing and maintaining CLI tools
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD tooling (specialized in GitLab)
- Experience in designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for IaC deployments and tests
- Knowledge of Azure services
- Good German language skills (minimum level B2)
Responsibilities
- Enable DevSecOps teams to utilize the Public Cloud
- Develop and maintain central IaC modules for various Public Cloud services
- Establish company-wide standards for the Public Cloud
- Organize and develop an Inner-Source community
- Operate and enhance the CI/CD pipeline for IaC deployments
- Develop the Cloud Onboarding Service
