Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and provide day-to-day operational support for client cloud environments
• Implement and maintain cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and security components
• Support cloud migrations, new implementations, system upgrades, and integrations
• Automate routine operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Monitor system health, performance, cost, and security alerts
• Respond to incidents and service requests per contractual SLAs
• Enforce client-specific security requirements and compliance standards
• Maintain detailed environment documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with Service Desk and NOC teams
• Stay current with new cloud services and contribute to service improvements
