Job summary
Seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support and develop global platforms, focusing on operation, support, and optimization of IT platforms in on-premise and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix XenServer and Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Experience with Identity and Access technologies like Okta and Entra ID
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies including M365, AVD, and GCP
- Experience with Exchange SE/Online and Cisco ESA
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Understanding of Ivanti UWM
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience with access and monitoring technologies like Net2 and CCTV
Responsibilities
- Operate, support, and optimize key IT platforms in on-premise and cloud environments
- Ensure platform stability and high service availability
- Resolve incidents efficiently
