Job summary

The Cloud Engineer - Operations role is responsible for managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud to ensure high availability and performance. Key responsibilities include providing proactive support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with security standards, and collaborating with clients to optimize cloud services.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud services within a Managed Services framework
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles
• Proficiency in automation, IAC tools, and scripting languages
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimise multi-cloud environments
• Provide ongoing proactive support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure cloud environments are secure
• Implement and manage cloud security controls
• Work closely with Pre-sales, Professional Services, and Leadership teams
• Continuously assess and improve Cloud Operations processes
• Participate in working as part of an on–call roster
