The Cloud Engineer role is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in managing the organization's network, cloud, and collaboration platforms. • Demonstrated experience designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across hybrid and cloud environments
• Experience providing technical advice on complex or high-risk issues, balancing security, cost and performance
• Experience with automation, scripting and monitoring tools
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture, security and identity management
• Experience with ITIL or similar incident, change and problem management frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, including technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support and incident management across network, cloud and collaboration services
• Lead the design, implementation and governance of changes across network, application and cloud environments
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure and unified communications platforms
• Monitor service health and performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Maintain security controls and compliance with audit, governance and cyber security requirements
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to support operational readiness and service improvement
