Job summary
Seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leading cloud strategy and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Mastery of IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.
- Understanding of networking and cloud security best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Act as a liaison with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
- Guide cloud infrastructure design and support development teams.
- Manage and optimize custom OS and application images.
- Spearhead automation initiatives for configurations.
- Lead security audits and compliance assessments.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Oversee escalation support for operational issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction.
- Drive research on emerging cloud technologies.
