Qualifications
- at least 6+ years of experience in cloud/backend engineering
- at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform
- experience with serverless and event-driven architectures
- fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Cloud & Backend roadmap
- Drive cross-team architecture decisions
- Establish shared technical standards and guardrails
- Work hands-on with engineers on AWS and Terraform
- Coach and pair with engineers
