Job summary
The Cloud Engineer shapes and develops an Azure platform and supports the organization’s cloud transition across research and operational teams. Responsibilities include defining Infrastructure as Code standards, building self-service automation, and enabling IaC and CI/CD for cloud applications, using technologies such as Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitLab, PowerShell, and Azure CLI. The work supports varied research and applications in areas including energy, healthcare, digital identity, and security.

Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zone Architecture
- Experience with Bicep, CI/CD, YAML, Azure DevOps, GitLab, PowerShell, and Azure CLI
- Experience with Azure Policy and Policy as Code
- Experience with Azure PaaS networking, compute, storage, and databases
- Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and Scrum
