Job summary
Veolia is seeking a 3rd Line Cloud Engineer to provide support for AWS infrastructure services, ensuring availability and value.
Qualifications
- Experience in AWS cloud environment
- Understanding of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure
- Knowledge of networking practices for cloud services
- Proficient in Scripting / Automation programming
- Experience with version control systems
- Windows Server and Linux administration experience
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
- Experience with cloud monitoring and alerting tools
- Experience with Disaster Recovery processes
Responsibilities
- Support business units and manage AWS infrastructure services
- Resolve customer issues via ServiceNow
- Learn new technologies and automate processes
- Provide insights on technologies and create documentation
- Manage infrastructure costs and support contact centre services
- Conduct disaster recovery testing and root cause analysis
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and on-call arrangements
