Job summary

Operates and optimizes cloud platforms that support reliable, secure, and cost-efficient production systems, applying DevOps practices to connect development and operations. The role maintains infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoots cloud and application issues, develops automation, supports security and cost governance, and coordinates managed services teams. The work supports fintech systems, including highly available production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and automating cloud platforms in production environments
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and application performance issues
• Ability to turn operational needs into scalable, automated solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and external partners
• Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or highly regulated environments
• Exposure to cloud cost optimization and financial governance
• Experience working with or leading managed services teams

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure for production availability, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot cloud and application issues and perform root cause analysis
• Optimize cloud environments for resilience, performance, and cost efficiency
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code for consistent and secure deployments
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines
• Develop tools and automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability
• Apply cloud security best practices and internal policies
• Monitor cloud spending and recommend cost and performance improvements
• Coordinate managed services providers to support operational objectives
• Maintain platform standards, documentation, and operational runbooks
