Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Graduate Opportunity)

Job summary

CTI*** is seeking a Graduate Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support live client platforms and develop infrastructure engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or entry-level certifications.
• Exposure to Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Interest in hosting concepts like DNS and web servers.
• Interest in Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Effective communication skills for technical issues.
• Logical problem-solving approach.
• Proactive and organized work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support clients via live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with management of client cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure.
• Investigate hosting and CMS issues.
• Support platform security and backup processes.
• Create and maintain platform documentation.
• Gain exposure to automation and monitoring tooling.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on improvement tasks.
• Participate in an out-of-hours 24/7 rota.
