Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of foundational cloud and infrastructure services.
• Support CI/CD toolchain integration, maintenance, change management, and testing.
• Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources and infrastructure components across environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health, escalating issues as needed.
• Participate in routine cloud operations activities including maintenance, patching, and configuration changes.
• Assist with incident response and root-cause analysis.
