CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (M/W/D)

Job summary

Design and implement cloud strategy, focusing on scalable Azure environment.

Qualifications

• several years of experience in IT infrastructure development and operation in enterprise or mid-sized environments
• solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure, especially in hybrid architectures
• in-depth knowledge in areas such as Azure networking, Identity (Entra ID), governance, or Infrastructure-as-Code
• preferably experience with automation (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell)

Responsibilities

• develop target architecture for hybrid infrastructure (On-Prem & Azure)
• design and implement Azure Landing Zone including governance, security, and network design
• plan and manage migrations from On-Prem workloads to Azure including prioritization and migration strategy
• define standards and guardrails for secure and scalable Azure usage (IAM, policies, monitoring, backup)
• collaborate closely with internal teams, advise management, and promote knowledge transfer
