Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role is centered on deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting complex virtualization and cloud environments within the VDI Lab team. Responsibilities include building and evolving virtualization environments, automating infrastructure as code, and evaluating emerging endpoint technologies across major platforms like Citrix CVAD and Microsoft AVD. This position requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure robust endpoint capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cloud infrastructure experience
• Deep hands-on experience with at least one major VDI/EUC platform
• Strong Windows Server and hybrid identity foundations
• A bias toward automation

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the virtualization environments across major VDI and cloud desktop platforms.
• Automate infrastructure as code, provisioning, and image pipelines.
• Maintain operations across public cloud and on-prem environments.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging endpoint technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams.
• Serve as a resource for understanding virtualization platform behavior.
