Job summary
The DevOps Engineer supports customers in analyzing, designing, implementing, and integrating cloud solutions, working in agile teams on cloud-native platforms and software applications. The role covers the full software lifecycle, including building and operating Kubernetes- or OpenShift-based platforms, implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, and advancing automation, GitOps, and platform engineering.

Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or software engineering projects
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift and containerized applications
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and automation tools
- Good Linux skills
- Experience with at least one cloud platform
- Understanding of agile development and DevOps principles
- Customer orientation, initiative, and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
- Very good German and good English
- Software development experience is an advantage
- Experience with monitoring, observability, or AI-assisted development tools is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and integrate cloud solutions for customers
- Build, automate, and operate Kubernetes- and cloud-native infrastructure and deployment platforms
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Advance automation and standardization
- Support adoption of DevOps, GitOps, platform engineering, and cloud-native development
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product owners, and customers
- Take ownership of technical topics and support team knowledge sharing
