Cloud Operations Engineer (F/H)

Job summary

The Cloud Operations Engineer monitors and operates production infrastructure and applications, and contributes to designing and implementing infrastructure projects. The role covers Linux and Windows platforms, PostgreSQL databases, middleware, and Kubernetes on Azure across EU and US regions, using Terraform and ArgoCD for infrastructure automation and Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jaeger for observability.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience, including significant experience operating critical production environments such as SaaS or high-availability services.
• Experience managing major incidents.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud, Docker, and Linux scripting.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and/or Terraform.
• Participation in production infrastructure architecture or evolution projects.
• Degree in computer science at Bac+3/5 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Linux and Windows infrastructure using observability tools.
• Administer production databases, application servers, and middleware.
• Design and implement infrastructure platform changes, including Kubernetes on Azure in EU and US regions.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment operations using Terraform, ArgoCD, and scripts.
• Operate production systems, manage incidents, and conduct post-mortems.
