Job summary

As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Doc***, you will write, review, and ship production-quality code to enhance the accessibility and productivity of the platform. You will also assist in designing and implementing key infrastructure components, develop AI services, and ensure the security and reliability of cloud environments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and testing production-quality code (Python and/or Go)
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or AI agent frameworks
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell)
  • Experience managing resources in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and ship production-quality code to build tools and automation
  • Assist in the design and implementation of key shared infrastructure components
  • Help build, integrate, and operate production-ready AI services and features
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize IaC using Terraform or Ansible
  • Participate in on-call support as part of a rotation
  • Support services throughout their lifecycle
  • Implement security controls and Zero Trust practices
  • Monitor cloud environments using tools such as Datadog and Grafana
