Job summary
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to build and operate their cloud platform and services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises technologies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 5+ years in an operational role (DevOps, SRE, Software Engineer)
- Infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible
- Knowledge of cloud-native engineering and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD
- Familiarity with SCM tools like GitHub
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
Responsibilities
- Build and operate cloud platform and services
- Apply SRE concepts for service availability
- Maintain services by monitoring system health
- Collaborate with operations and development teams
- Establish design patterns and processes
- Guide cross-functional technology teams
