Job summary

Leads enterprise-scale cloud platform programmes, designing, building, and operating AI-ready infrastructure for data and AI workloads. The role spans Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake, with responsibility for AIOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, governance, resilience, and FinOps. It also involves mentoring engineering teams and advancing AI-augmented and agentic operations practices.

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud platforms using one or more of Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar
• CI/CD platform design and implementation, including AI-assisted deployment and test automation
• Experience with AIOps, platform observability, intelligent monitoring, or self-healing platforms
• Cloud security, networking, identity and access management, and policy-as-code experience
• Ability to design production platforms for GenAI, machine learning, and agentic workloads
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and their implications for platform design, operations, and governance

• Architect and oversee AI-ready platform environments
• Implement AIOps, intelligent monitoring, automated incident response, and self-healing infrastructure
• Deliver CI/CD platforms with AI-assisted deployment and automated testing
• Establish and govern Infrastructure as Code practices
• Lead platform security, networking, and compliance engineering
• Design for resilience, FinOps, and performance optimization
• Develop agentic operations patterns and governance
• Mentor platform engineering teams and establish technical standards
• Develop propositions, accelerators, and reusable platform assets
