Job summary
The Cloud Platform Engineering Manager will lead the AdvanCloud platform team, focusing on software architecture and cloud-native solutions for a mission-critical SaaS platform that processes real-time RFID data and inventory management. Key responsibilities include overseeing AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting Agile delivery processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software management, with cloud platform leadership
- Proven experience in people leadership roles
- Strong background in software architecture in cloud environments
- Experience with AWS and modern backend development
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD and monitoring
- Interest or experience in AI-based features
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with leadership
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is a plus
- Experience with RFID, IoT, or retail technology is a plus
- Fluent in English; Catalan or Spanish is a plus

- Refine requirements and define priorities with stakeholders
- Coordinate execution and remove technical or organizational blockers
- Support Agile delivery processes and maintain team productivity
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
- Contribute to AI-related initiatives and define use cases
- Address security and compliance considerations
- Collaborate on third-party integrations and platform dependencies
- Report progress and key decisions to leadership
