Job summary

The Co-op/Intern Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on delivering Software-as-a-Service to customers globally while ensuring service availability and performance. Key responsibilities include deploying, upgrading, and supporting applications, troubleshooting system performance, and working with technologies such as VMWare, Kubernetes, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline
• Proven strong troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer excellence, making sure we meet all SLAs
• Work in a highly collaborative team
• Deploy, upgrade, and support numerous applications, services and operating systems
• Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues
• Take ownership and accountability of the incident resolution process
• Must adhere to all security and confidentiality requests for this position
