Job summary

The role focuses on coaching and training IT teams in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD methodologies within the banking sector. Key responsibilities include training teams on DevSecOps methods, supporting the use of DevOps tools, and promoting a DevOps culture while addressing Continuous Integration and Delivery challenges in environments utilizing OpenShift and ArgoCD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps/DevSecOps
• Experience in coaching or training technical teams
• Mastery of DevSecOps/CI-CD practices
• Significant experience in Python or Java development, API, and testing
• Knowledge of GitLab CI and Terraform is a plus

Responsibilities

• Train and support teams in DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
• Assist in the use of DevOps platforms and tools
• Promote DevOps culture (CALMS)
• Work in OpenShift and ArgoCD environments
• Provide expertise in Continuous Integration and Delivery
• Support teams in development, API, and testing strategies
• Collaborate within Agile teams
