Job summary
The Collaboration Platform Engineer (M365) at BCA is responsible for the design, administration, and support of M365 platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Significant endpoint management experience, including Intune migrations
- Proactive and motivated approach to delivery
- Continuous improvement mindset with a user-centric approach
- Minimum 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Experience with vendor and license management at enterprise scale
- Engineering experience in a multi-tenant organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric approach with clear communication skills
Responsibilities
- Acting as an SME for Microsoft 365 and participating in M365 projects
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Intune-based endpoint management
- Developing and maintaining device taxonomies for scale and targeting
- Driving seamless user experiences across M365 services
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities for efficiency
- Optimising core M365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Working with stakeholders to enable effective platform usage
- Supporting service health monitoring and incident response
- Creating documentation and knowledge repositories
