Qualifications
- Several years of leadership experience with economic and budget responsibility in technology or service-oriented organizations.
- Proven success in building or managing DevOps, platform, or managed services units.
- Solid understanding of data, analytics, and AI platforms across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Experience in developing and positioning service and operations portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at management and client levels.
Responsibilities
- Overall economic responsibility for the Competence Center including budget and performance management.
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of team leads and all employees in Platform Engineering.
- Strategically develop existing DevOps, infrastructure, and managed services portfolio elements.
- Establish and manage a scalable managed service organization for Data & AI platforms.
- Ensure delivery quality, manage escalations, and actively shape collaboration with business units, sales, and clients.
- Work closely with management, business unit leads, and go-to-market teams.
