Job summary

Seeking a Cloud DevOps Organic/Technological Architect Advisor for a government sector client. This is a 6-month renewable remote contract position, requiring 35 hours per week. The role involves architectural design, implementation, and management of cloud environments, with a focus on Azure services and agile methodologies.

• Minimum eight years of experience in information technology, including five years in technological architecture and three years in organic architecture within a Quebec government ministry or organization
• Completed at least two mandates for setting up and managing required environments on cloud platforms
• Participated in a project using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, or equivalent) within the last three years
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based architectures, containers, and APIs
• In-depth knowledge of Azure products and services: API Management, Entra ID, Entra ID External Identities, Azure Container Apps, Container Registry, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts

Responsibilities

• Document internal technical architecture, including dependencies between Azure components and services, and interfaces with other systems
• Define challenges and impacts of integrating Azure services into internal technological environments of two ministries
• Collaborate on the implementation and management of technological environments for each stage of the application and Azure service lifecycle
• Perform tests of various Azure services in different organizational environments and document test results
