Consultant AI & Platform Engineer – CI/CD & Agents IA H/F

Job summary

The Platform Engineer builds an AI-augmented software factory that connects specifications, code, and delivery processes. The role covers GitLab CI/CD pipeline development, integration of AI agents into the software development lifecycle, knowledge graph modeling for application assets and dependencies, and API-based integration with development tools. The engineer delivers and operates reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions using technologies including Python, GitLab CI/CD, LangGraph or LangChain, and potentially Neo4j and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Established experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, pipelines, and runners.
• Experience with Python development and automation, Git, Linux, APIs, and software quality practices.
• French proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience with Neo4j, Cypher, graph databases, or knowledge graphs is an advantage.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GitLab CI/CD workflows and pipelines, including jobs, runners, and automation.
• Integrate AI agents into software development lifecycle stages and develop custom agents when needed.
• Model application assets, codebases, and specification repositories as graphs.
• Use knowledge graphs to connect specifications, software components, dependencies, and workflows.
• Connect AI agents, knowledge graphs, and development tools through APIs.
• Ensure solution reliability, security, and maintainability.
