Consultant, IT Systems Administrator (Snowflake and Airflow)

Job summary

The Consultant, IT Systems Administrator is part of the Technical Enablement team, responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing hardware, applications, and systems for the company and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technology-related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Snowflake and Airflow.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
• Experience with data and analytics applications.
• Experience with containerization solutions.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support and hardware management.
• Configure and maintain local and cloud services.
• Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms.
• Provide technical support for employee devices.
• Set up devices and systems for employees.
• Develop and improve IT processes.
• Participate in project work and future IT developments.
• Administer and maintain server infrastructure.
• Monitor and document network efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software security.
• Manage services for clients and internally.
