Job summary
The role leads transformation and industrialization initiatives for AI, generative AI, and data platforms at large organizations. It covers designing MLOps, LLMOps, and AI platform architectures; supporting teams in deploying and operating models; and establishing practices for governance, monitoring, observability, and CI/CD. The role also includes mentoring consultants, advising clients on cloud and AI platforms, and contributing to commercial proposals and service offerings.
Qualifications
- More than six years of experience in data, cloud, AI, or machine learning, including significant consulting experience
- Proven experience industrializing machine learning or generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and platform engineering
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and modern data architectures
- Knowledge of governance, security, monitoring, and operation of AI solutions at scale
- Understanding of digital sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and trustworthy AI
- Ability to communicate with technical teams, business decision-makers, and executives
- Interest in commercial development, people management, and service offering development
- Leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and industrialization projects for AI, generative AI, and data platforms
- Design MLOps, LLMOps, and AI platform architectures for performance, security, and scale
- Support data science, data engineering, cloud, and business teams in deploying AI and generative AI solutions
- Define practices for governance, monitoring, observability, CI/CD, model management, and AI risk management
- Structure model training, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and operations workflows
- Advise organizations on selecting and implementing cloud and AI platforms
- Facilitate architecture, technical scoping, and operating model workshops
- Mentor and develop consultants and experts
- Develop client relationships, support presales, and contribute to proposal responses
- Contribute to MLOps, AI engineering, generative AI platform, and AI governance offerings
