Job summary
Design and deliver technical solutions for Salesforce, which supports commercial teams across APAC, the US, and the UK. Lead solution design from discovery through delivery, own Outreach.io synchronization with Salesforce, manage the technical backlog, and maintain data integrity across integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and SQL workflows.

Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience supporting global organizations and designing end-to-end solutions
- Ability to manage a technical roadmap and prioritize work independently
- Experience with custom objects, flows, validation rules, and data management
- Experience with large technology stacks and multiple integrations, ideally Braze, Outreach.io, or similar
- Comfort working with APIs and interpreting data pipelines
- SQL proficiency
- Strong data integrity mindset and ability to design processes that keep data clean
- Salesforce Administrator certification (essential)
- Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification (preferred)
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar engineering discipline (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design from discovery and proposal through sign-off, build, and delivery
- Own Outreach.io and its synchronization with Salesforce
- Manage the technical backlog and priorities
- Recommend better solutions when proposed approaches are unsuitable
- Maintain data integrity and clean data
