Job summary
Own the customer technical journey from presales infrastructure assessments through deployment and ongoing operations, serving as the primary technical contact between customers and their IT teams. Validate infrastructure, configure secure environments, troubleshoot systems and networks, and support scaling and process improvements. The role uses Windows and Linux administration, network configuration, Docker, Nginx, IIS, APIs, and load balancing to support healthcare facilities.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows administrator
- Expertise in Windows or Linux system administration and network configuration, including firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, and APIs
- Experience with virtualization, Docker, web servers such as Nginx and IIS, and load balancing
- Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
- Clear communication and empathy with technical and non-technical users
- Proactive, self-directed approach with strong documentation and technical handoff skills
- Startup experience is helpful
- German proficiency at C2 level and English fluency at C1 level
Responsibilities
- Support presales calls by assessing infrastructure, identifying blockers, and guiding evaluations
- Troubleshoot systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces
- Support technical scaling, including user growth and infrastructure changes
- Document configurations and technical handoffs
- Identify recurring issues and improve internal tools, documentation, and processes
