The Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) ensures customer success with the managed Airflow service by operating, monitoring, and maintaining the platform.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with large cloud infrastructures
- 3 years of experience with Kubernetes
- Experience managing production distributed systems
- Strong Linux experience
- Knowledge of monitoring distributed systems
- Experience handling customer issues
- Strong communication skills
- DevOps or CI/CD experience
- Python scripting
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to customers
- Troubleshoot customer environments
