Job summary

The Cloud Architect, Senior Consultant role is designed to assist organizations in securing their cloud transformation by defining cloud security strategies and designing secure architectures. Responsibilities include leading cloud cyber risk engagements, evaluating security architectures across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and implementing cloud security technologies such as identity and access management and DevSecOps controls.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or technology consulting
  • 2+ years of experience designing, assessing, or implementing security solutions in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud environments
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud security architecture, control design, or cloud configuration standards
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud native application protection platform, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection platform, identity and access management, security monitoring, or DevSecOps controls

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams across cloud cyber risk engagements, including assessment, design, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
  • Design and evaluate cloud security architectures, configuration standards, and risk mitigation approaches across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Develop client deliverables, including technical assessments, architecture designs, security recommendations, implementation plans, and remediation roadmaps.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of cloud security technologies, including cloud native application protection platform, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection platform, identity and access management, security monitoring, and DevSecOps controls.
  • Contribute to practice development through solution development, market research, proposal support, knowledge sharing, and support for junior practitioners.
