Job summary

Del*** is seeking a Cyber Manager - Cloud DevSecOps to lead client engagements focused on transforming and scaling Secure-by-Design, DevSecOps, Application Security, and Secure SDLC capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, Secure SDLC, Cloud Security, or cybersecurity consulting
  • At least 3 years managing teams with accountability for staffing and performance
  • 3+ years leading DevSecOps or Application Security projects
  • 2+ years performing DevSecOps or Secure SDLC assessments
  • 2+ years with CI/CD and Application Security technologies
  • 2+ years translating cybersecurity policies into technical controls
  • Experience with at least 2 cybersecurity frameworks
  • 1+ year with cloud security across major cloud platforms
  • 1+ year using security governance or automation platforms
  • Experience leading projects with distributed teams
  • Experience serving as a client contact on cybersecurity projects
  • Experience contributing to business development activities

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex DevSecOps and Secure-by-Design engagements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact
  • Lead DevSecOps and Secure SDLC maturity assessments
  • Design and implement Secure-by-Design operating models
  • Lead strategy and adoption of AI-enabled DevSecOps
  • Design and implement AI-assisted vulnerability remediation
  • Establish secure AI governance and guardrails
  • Define and optimize security engagement processes
  • Translate enterprise security policies into engineering controls
  • Guide integration of Application Security capabilities into CI/CD
  • Advance software supply chain security
  • Assess and improve cloud-native and container security
  • Define DevSecOps operating models and governance structures
  • Establish security metrics and executive reporting
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Manage engagement activities including scope and budget
  • Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions
  • Support business development and account growth
  • Contribute to development of security capabilities
