Job summary

Support and operate customer cloud environments, resolving issues and delivering solutions that maintain critical system availability. The role includes incident and service request management, system monitoring, cloud resource provisioning, customer and vendor coordination, service reporting, and applying DevOps practices across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security environments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT engineering, operations, or a similar field.
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline is desirable.
• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications are advantageous.
• Work autonomously and use initiative.
• Explore new challenges and seek guidance when domain expertise is needed.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to hold an Australian Security Clearance are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor systems and maintain availability.
• Own support requests and releases.
• Ensure customers follow standard processes.
• Prepare monthly customer status reports for service agreements.
• Provision and configure cloud resources for customer environments.
• Apply DevOps processes and methodologies as required.
