The Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting the organization's cybersecurity strategy, architecture, operations, and governance. This role involves managing a secure endpoint ecosystem, leading desktop support strategies, and collaborating with various teams to establish security standards and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• 4-6 years of IT leadership experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in designing security frameworks.
• Experience leading technology projects.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proactive and security-minded leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy and governance framework.
• Support vulnerability management and incident response.
• Perform security risk assessments and ensure compliance.
• Implement security best practices for identity and data protection.
• Administer and optimize cybersecurity tools.
• Promote security awareness training.
• Assist with system architecture and infrastructure optimization.
• Establish cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Administer core systems including servers and networks.
• Act as Tier III escalation point for technical issues.
• Automate new hire provisioning process.
• Design automated desktop provisioning systems.
• Direct management of hardware ensuring security compliance.
