The Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting the organization's cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and operations, managing a secure endpoint ecosystem, and leading desktop support strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of IT leadership experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure oversight.
  • Experience with enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security operations.
  • Experience designing and implementing security frameworks and governance programs.
  • Experience leading complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical risk into business impact.
  • Strategic and proactive leadership with a security mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and governance framework.
  • Support vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and disaster recovery.
  • Perform security risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement security best practices for identity, access management, data protection, and network security.
  • Administer and optimize cybersecurity tools and platforms.
  • Promote a security-first culture through security awareness training.
  • Assist with system architecture and optimization of on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Establish cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution across infrastructure and security domains.
  • Administer core systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Act as the Tier III escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Automate and manage the new hire provisioning process.
  • Design and optimize automated desktop provisioning systems.
  • Direct management of hardware, ensuring patch management and identity management are secure.
