Job summary

Improve the reliability of a banking-investment technology ecosystem by establishing metrics, reviewing code, and implementing stability-focused improvements. The role also takes on some administration and production responsibilities, using Linux, Go, Rust, Prometheus, and Grafana; scripting and relational or non-relational databases are also relevant.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Go and Rust.
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with Linux.
• Knowledge of a version control system such as Git.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL databases and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Ruby.
• Engineering degree or equivalent Master's-level education.

Responsibilities

• Establish metrics to improve ecosystem reliability.
• Read and understand code.
• Suggest stability-focused patches to developers.
• Propose and implement improvements.
