Job summary
Engineer and support enterprise multi-cloud infrastructure across operations, transformation, and security initiatives, with a strong focus on Azure and working across AWS and GCP. Design secure, resilient cloud services and networking, deliver security hardening and governance, provide Level 3 support, and implement automation, monitoring, and container platforms using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Enterprise cloud engineering experience with Azure and working knowledge of AWS and GCP.
- Experience with cloud governance, cyber hardening, security controls, and operational resilience in large enterprises.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing DNS, proxy, backup, and SOE shared services.
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, ITSM, CAB, and change management.
- Experience providing Level 3 support for complex cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Expertise in cloud networking, automation, and Python or Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native container platforms.
- Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and performance management solutions.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud and corporate networks teams across infrastructure, operations, transformation, and security initiatives.
- Engineer, support, and optimise multi-cloud environments, primarily Azure alongside AWS and GCP.
- Design and manage secure, resilient cloud infrastructure and shared services, including DNS, proxy, backup, and SOE.
- Deliver cyber hardening, security controls, operational resilience, and governance initiatives.
- Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
- Design and implement cloud networking, automation, monitoring, and container platforms using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant cloud solutions.
- Support enterprise CAB and change management processes.
