Job summary
The Data Cloud Engineer develops asynchronous workflows and data services on Google Cloud Platform and automates cloud resource provisioning and access. The role also transforms data in BigQuery, optimizing cost and performance through partitioning and clustering, and collaborates with marketing and data specialists. The technical environment includes Python, analytical SQL, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and potentially Snowplow or similar event-streaming systems such as Kafka and Kinesis.

Qualifications
- Experience with core Google Cloud Platform components.
- Good Python skills and advanced analytical SQL skills.
- Proficiency with Docker and experience managing production workloads on Kubernetes (GKE).
- Experience with Snowplow or in-depth knowledge of similar systems such as Kafka or Kinesis is preferred.
