Job summary

As a Data Governance & Platform Engineer, you will build and operate systems ensuring data products are discoverable, high-quality, and access-controlled, implementing automated governance controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data pipeline and Data mesh design
• Strong knowledge of data engineering
• Deep Databricks / Unity Catalog skills
• Expertise in Data-quality engineering
• Knowledge in Access control and security engineering
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data classification
• Architecture literacy to collaborate with the Lead Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the enterprise data-quality framework
• Implement end-to-end lineage and metadata automation
• Drive data access control and classification as code
• Automate the data-product lifecycle
• Implement classification and sharing rules
• Instrument adoption and quality telemetry
• Support domain teams with tooling and reference implementations
