Responsibilities

• Expertise in Data Platform capability
• Maintain Data Platform for all users, managing downtime and disruption risk
• Conduct root cause analysis and incident resolution
• Provide out-of-hours support as needed
• Utilize Agile methodologies for platform development
• Deliver Platform as Code
• Implement technical and financial observability in Cloud Platform design
• Manage platform capacity
• Support projects as needed
• Proactive monitoring and escalation response
• Collaborate with team members
