Job summary
Seeking a Data Platform Engineer with expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Snowflake.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of software or data platform engineering experience.
- Strong Python, FastAPI, SQL, and Snowflake expertise.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Fintech or financial services experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and data applications.
- Build Snowflake-native solutions using Snowpark, Tasks, Streams, and Stored Procedures.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs with FastAPI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure.
