Job summary

C&A is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to build, operate, and evolve their central data platform, which includes a Snowflake-based data platform and various data and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data engineering or data platform engineering
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, data integration, or BI
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of data architecture and platform operations
• Interest in modern data platform evolution

Responsibilities

• Concept and operate scalable data pipelines and platform services
• Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data platform
• Administer and operate data platform-related applications and tools
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and efficient resource usage
• Establish and enforce DataOps and CI/CD practices
• Enable self-service data usage through reusable platform capabilities
