Job summary
The Data Platform Engineer role focuses on enhancing and scaling the NN Data Analytics Platform (NNDAP) and the Data Lab, which provide a governed Azure lakehouse foundation for data analytics. Key responsibilities include refining, building, testing, and deploying core data components, utilizing technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, SQL, and IaC, while collaborating with various business units to deliver modular solutions.

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of relevant software, data and/or platform engineering experience
- significant Azure experience (ADLS/Delta Lake, Databricks, ADF)
- strong software engineering fundamentals: Python, SQL, CI/CD, packaging, testing
- practical mastery of lakehouse & medallion design
- security & governance awareness in regulated environments
