Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and implement solutions to integrate new and existing systems
- Learn about YBS data and its use for customer service
- Support services in a live environment 24/7
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Product Owners
- Define scope, timescales, and quality metrics with the business
- Support development of team capability and capacity
- Maintain data through good housekeeping practices
- Lead peer reviews of documentation and testing
- Report on work progress
