Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or platform engineering
- 5+ years in a formal leadership or team management role
- Experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
- Ability to engage stakeholders at varying technical levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in data governance and master data management
- Hands-on experience with integration patterns and BI tooling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platform tooling
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts and Architects
- Oversee master data management framework and enterprise data dictionary
- Oversee delivery of data analytics reports and dashboards
- Provide architectural oversight for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations
- Govern implementation and maturity of Microsoft Fabric
- Oversee Azure DevOps pipelines and platform engineering standards
- Act as primary contact for data definitions and governance decisions
- Contribute to departmental technical strategy
