Delivery Manager — Data Platform, Kubernetes & DevOps programmes (Brazil)

Job summary

Manage four to seven concurrent software and data engineering projects for external clients, keeping delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with agreed standards. Run agile ceremonies, oversee scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and purchase orders, and lead client status updates, change control, and escalations. Coordinate with architects and engineers, using technical fluency in Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms to assess delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Based in Brazil and able to overlap substantially with United States business hours
• Proven delivery management experience on software or data engineering programs for external clients
• Practical experience running agile and Scrum cycles
• Technical fluency in containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and data platform or lakehouse concepts
• Ability to manage budgets, scope, capped time-and-materials engagements, change orders, and purchase orders
• Resilience and professionalism in challenging stakeholder conversations
• Professional working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and risks across four to seven concurrent projects
• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain backlogs and unblock teams
• Lead client status updates, change control, escalations, and difficult delivery conversations
• Track hours against budgets and purchase orders, identify potential overruns, and prepare change requests
• Maintain accurate status reports and document risks before they become issues
• Coordinate with practice leads, architects, and engineers to deliver work on time, within budget, and to agreed standards
