Job summary
GBST is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to support their transition to SaaS and define their cloud operating environment. The role involves working with architecture and product teams to design, implement, and maintain AWS solutions while ensuring the cloud environment remains secure and compliant.
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services like EC2, IAM, RDS, EKS, VPC
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- Experience with build automation tools like Git, Packer, Jenkins
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Kibana
- Coding experience and learning aptitude
- Experience within an ITIL Framework
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS solutions
- Deploy and manage development changes
- Locate environment errors and issues
- Manage tools and testing environments
- Develop automation scripts for cloud health
- Ensure cloud environment is secure and compliant
- Drive strategic direction on Cloud Service Operations
- Collaborate with Product team to improve service
