Dev Ops Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer role focuses on standardizing and automating DevOps practices across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and managing cloud resources and security controls. The position requires expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates or equivalent
• Deploy and manage cloud resources, networking, security, monitoring, and governance controls
• Automate and control application releases, including rollback capabilities
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational reporting
• Integrate security scanning, vulnerability assessment, secrets management and compliance controls into delivery pipelines
• Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Automate operational and deployment activities using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar
• Manage source control, repositories, artifacts, environments, and release tooling
• Produce operational runbooks and provide knowledge transfer to client teams
