Job summary

Lon*** is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to shape, implement, and continuously improve DevOps practices across their technology estate.

Qualifications

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and implementation
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Strong understanding of Git branching strategies and version control
• Experience embedding security into cloud and pipeline configurations
• Experience working across multiple delivery teams in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Shape and enhance DevOps practices across the technology estate
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Work with engineering teams to improve operational practices
• Support the design and management of Azure cloud infrastructure
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Use Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Embed security into cloud and pipeline configurations
• Support release processes and improve delivery predictability
• Collaborate with Architecture, Integration, Engineering, and support teams
• Contribute to modernizing legacy release processes and tooling
